Refund and Exchange Policy
We cannot offer refunds unless you choose and purchase the "refundable booking" at checkout.
You may transfer your tickets to someone else or donate and release your tickets.

All exchanges are at the discretion of Ovation Theatre.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Ovation Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
